When Madea, America’s favorite pistol-packing grandma, catches sixteen-year-old Jennifer and her two younger brothers looting her home, she decides to take matters into her own hands and delivers the young delinquents to the only relative they have: their aunt April. Initially wanting nothing to do with the kids, April learns along the way that she can change her old ways and become a better person. The newest installment is “I Can Do Bad All by Myself ” – here’s the gist:

When “Madea”, America’s favorite pistol-packing grandma, catches sixteen-year-old Jennifer and her two younger brothers looting her home, she decides to take matters into her own hands and delivers the young delinquents to the only relative they have: their aunt April.

Initially wanting nothing to do with the kids, April learns along the way that she can change her old ways and become a better person. But it takes a lot of work and the help of a handsome Mexican immigrant who moves in with April to push her to change.

The previous adventure was Madea Goes to Jail – the DVD release of which was featured on the Behind the Scenes vidcast #49. Tyler Perry is a solo-industry in that he produces, directs, writes AND stars in the Madea films as the title character.

This clip gives a sense of what’s Tyler Perry’s style is all about, ergo: “I’m not gonna put my weapons down for no officer, I’m sorry. All I want you to do is send an ambulance because I’m gonna bust a cap in these fools.”

In Hustling in Vegas and Stealing Stones – Behind the Scenes #3 Shaun and Eric chat about great gambling-inspired movies and introduce Rough Hustle.
